How long will it take to hear back for confirmation?
You will typically hear back within 30 days if you are awarded a scholarship.
What is the maximum Scholarship amount?
$2,000.00
Can anyone under age of 18 apply?
Yes. But you have to fit the financial hardship criteria.
Does Play More USA offer scholarships to all sports?
Yes. As long as the camp or team can be properly vetted.
Who gets the money directly to the camp/team or family?
All money will go directly to the camp or team.
What happens if a child is unable to complete the camp or season?
Money will be redirected to another child in need.
Why does the applicant have to give so much information?
Because of fraud and abuse. We must be able to vet the applicant, team, and camp.
If I don’t hear from Play More USA does that mean my child is not eligible?
Not necessarily. The amount of funds available will dictate a lot of it.
Does Play More USA take donations to help the program?
Yes. Donations and Grants are the source to helping all the children.
